The Non-Sealing Air Chucks employ a "check valve" which will not seal the opening of the chuck when pressurized; however, it will open the core on the tyre valve creating an "opening" between the chuck and tyre. Therefore, a non-sealing air chuck should be used on a gauged airline in order to function properly
